I'm pretty sure love for the water is in my blood. I don't know if it's because I grew up on a creek or because my family practically lived at the pool every summer. Either way, those lovely blue hues draw me in. And thus it drew me this weekend. We live fairly close to Panama City, FL and truly it's a shame we don't visit more often. The gulf is so gorgeous. My hubby works most holidays, so I usually didn't want to do much without him. However, having my sister close by gives me a good excuse for adventures...with my camera of course! It sure was a gorgeous day down by the seaside. We originally planned on staying at the beach for the afternoon, but we just couldn't take the heat! ha! I'm a wimp! Instead we had an early dinner at the docks...it's one of my favorite places. :)
