“O God of our salvation, and hope of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest seas...(You are the one) who stills the roaring of the seas, the roaring of the waves, the tumult of the peoples, so that those who dwell at the ends of the earth are in awe of your signs. You make the going out of the morning and the evening shout for joy.”
I have loved the Psalms for as long as I've been following Jesus. They are so rich with imagery. King David, a musician and poet, authored most of the Psalms, and they've always resonated deeply with me. A few months ago I thought it would be beautiful to start #ThePsalmSeries, a merging of imagery with scripture. They won't be in order, but shared as I'm able to create. I hope it will be an encouragement.
