Merry Christmas!

I think I appreciate this time of year more and more with every December. This season becomes more meaningful and takes a deeper hold in my heart. I can't even wrap my mind around the miracle of God becoming a man, choosing a human life and walking among us. There are so many things I don't fully understand. But that's faith. Every year I feel I feel less and less deserving of this gift. Jesus came for me as a sinner. And that's grace. I deserved death because of my sin. The more I know Him, the more I see what is really in my heart. I should have received wrath, but I didn't. And that's mercy.
There is so much to celebrate, so much to be thankful for at Christmas. If there were no presents, no food, no home, no husband, no family I would still have more than enough reason to worship Him. He is better than anything else in this world. So, come friends. Let us adore Him...
