Watercolor Florida Anniversary Session
/There is nothing quite like walking through life with people. I have known Kaylie since college, and it has been such a joy to watch her grown and flourish in life. The best part about knowing other people is that you see more of their real growth than simply from afar. Life is beautiful, hard, challenging and joy-filled. It makes it so much more special to know the real heart behind the beautiful image from each of the beautiful seasons. Kaylie and Cory are incredible, talented, loving and servant-hearted people. They love BIG. You can see just a tiny part of their hearts (because I could never adequately capture them) in how they love each other and their two pups. Their newest addition is a one-eyed rescue pup named Winnie! (I mean, how sweet right?) Love you guys!

Since I am teaching both my older girls and younger boys, I’ve tried to teach the boys to ask, “Whats’s next, Mommy?” after they finish a project. I need to help them learn not to run off the minute I go help the girls. I’d say they remember 50% of the time. The other 50% they run off and make a mess somewhere in the house, and I have to go find them and show them what’s next.
Spiritually, I’m a lot like my little boys. As I’ve been teaching them to say, “What’s next, Mommy?” throughout the day, He’s been teaching me to ask, “What’s next, Father?” too.
